About Us

Hello, my name is Rachel Williamson and I am the owner of The Freckled Fawn LLC. I am married to my best friend, and together we have a beautiful baby girl. She is my inspiration for this business, but in all honesty she is my inspiration in life period. Now, if you know me personally you know this is not something you would expect coming from me. I don’t like putting myself out there, and to be honest I’ve let the fear of failure control the majority of my life. My self doubt has stolen so many opportunities from me.

When I had my daughter in June 2022, I was on cloud 9 until the realization my maternity leave was almost over hit me like a ton of bricks. I obviously didn’t want to leave my baby, but I also realized as a full time dental hygienist I wasn’t going to be able to be there for her as readily as I would have hoped for. The thought of it literally made me sick to my stomach. So instead, I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue something I loved that gave me not only flexibility but my passion back.

My dream for The Freckled Fawn is to provide children’s clothing and accessories that are both modern and fun. Let’s be honest, what Is really more fun than dressing up your babies (even if you as a mom look homeless 99% of the time.) I am SO excited for this journey, and I sincerely hope you all follow along in support with me! 🤍
